Please join me for this “all levels” inspiring class that interweaves a Grace-oriented theme as the gentle breeze\, the Intracoastal and the trees provide a nurturing ambiance. It is the perfect time to introduce a friend or relative to their first stretch class! Put the turkey in the oven on low heat and make the stuffing when you get back home! \n \nTHURSDAY NOVEMBER 23rd – 10 – 11:15 – Veterans Park at the Intracoastal off Atlantic Ave. Bring your mat and props if you have blocks and a strap\, a towel and some water.
